Divine Connect Care, Inc. is Hiring a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) Near Hyattsville, MD

SUMMARY: The Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) will directly support all Program Initiatives. The QIDP will be responsible for supporting the overall supervision and management of your assigned homes and staff. The QIDP will work closely with the Program Director to ensures that services are provided in accordance with DCCI, county, state and federal requirements. Responsibilities include ongoing review in quality of DCCI programs to ensure that services are provided in a comprehensive manner. Also responsible for providing program support across all services in the following areas: service plan compliance; compliance with waiver requirements; compliance with all licensing regulations to include the oversight of compliance with procedures ;onboarding of new employees; team support with transition and planning and other operational duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure policies in DCCI, Department on Disability Services, Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration are being met at all times
  • Serves as an active liaison at Annual ISP meetings or conferences for persons supported
  • Ensure State, Federal, and District regulations are being met at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all clients Individual Support Plan, appointments, housing goals and objectives are being met
  • Establishing relationships to assist with maintaining Divine Connect Cares image and credibility within the community and for potential intakes and company expansion
  • Ensure compliance with all clients Individual Support Plan, appointments, housing goals and objectives
  • Ensure that key information regarding programs is communicated to management and staff in a timely manner
  • Ensures a strong administrative infrastructure that supports program and organizational operations
  • Work with Program Director to Quarterlies are being submitted on time.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of active treatment/behavior data collections forms and documentation of all progress reporting requirements, i.e., incident reports, progress notes, timesheets, etc.
  • Ensure program books in person supported homes are up to date at all times
  • Ensure that key information regarding programs is communicated to management and staff in a timely manner
  • Write outcomes, goals, quarterlies and strategies as part of the person supported planning process and work with the staff to ensure that progress is being made towards the achievement of those outcomes, goals, and strategies
  • Ensure that medical services for person supported are completed as required
  • Ensures a strong programmatic infrastructure that supports organizational operations
  • Propose program systems for DCCI
  • Facilitate staff and management trainings
  • Other duties as assigned

General Responsibilities/Implementation:

  • Coordinate and complete program evaluation reports as needed for regulation compliance
  • Develops, evaluates, and supervises programs to ensures goals, DSATS, SIP of programs are being met and quarterlies are uploaded in a timely manner
  • Develop to supervise programs and trainings to assist in assuring compliance at all times
  • Make sure all quarterlies are properly reviewed for efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
  • Serve as the programmatic liaison to external personnel, including attend and represent at all leadership meetings and assist with coordination of PCR process
  • Troubleshoot during crisis intervention and ensure all incidents are reported and completed in a timely manner.
  • Check for dashboard ,MCIS and LTSS accordingly

Qualifications

  • Positions and experience in leadership and management
  • Demonstrated ability to increase clientele and engage major partnerships for organizations.
  • Experience with DDS and DDA policies
  • Strong written, verbal and presentations skills
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Excel
  • Budgetary knowledge sufficient to manage and track program and organizational resources
  • Bachelors Degree or similar required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental schedule:

  • On call
